the old game many people are playing -

I’m a Hollywood veteran of grueling hours, nonstop stress, ego-driven drama, unbelievable pressure, and endless people-pleasing, so I know all about being successful, driven, and at the top of your game – and still struggling with the private moments nobody sees that do not match the public wins, and leave you feeling like you’ve gotta just push through it

I see it all the time in the successful high-achieving leaders, executives, founders and entrepreneurs I work with who frequently experience sporadic swings in confidence, random spurts of self-doubt, stunningly severe people-pleasing issues, annoyingly persistent bouts of imposter syndrome, and profoundly disturbing musings about their worthiness

These are people who’ve built incredible things and know how to take care of business. They’re people who lead teams, launch big ideas, and hit impressive milestones. They’re crushin’ it on paper and yet, underneath that shiny polished surface, they’re quietly navigating success on the outside, but still questioning themselves on the inside

if you're still playing that game, I'll bet you -

Have a stressful, demanding job with unrelenting pressure, but despite your success, still doubt yourself, question your decisions, and wonder if you’re unworthy

Spend your waking hours building team morale, satisfying customers, and meeting investors’ expectations, and aren’t sure how much longer you can keep it up

Need to psych yourself up going to work, then mentally replay the day’s conversations coming home, but say very different things than you actually did at the time

Look around the workplace you’ve put your life and soul into building and find yourself in a panic about what the hell would happen if you messed up and lost it all

Constantly compare yourself to other people, measuring yourself against them, invariably coming up short, and always end up feeling inferior or just not enough

Enjoy running a successful business you created doing something you love, but deep down inside believe it was a matter of timing, good luck, and fooling people

Assume that everyone would judge and ridicule you if they knew what you really were, so you make sure they only see the you that conforms to their expectations

Think that if you know what’s gonna happen tomorrow, next week, next month, and next year you’ll be safely in control of your life and can finally breathe and relax

Are sleep-deprived, constantly stressed, terminally anxious, and only feel safe being  yourself when you’re all alone, soaking in your tub with a drink in your hand

Regularly beat yourself up for being back in the saddle of not feeling confident and doubting your abilities and decisions, and then feel even shittier about yourself

And so…

You listen to self-help audio books or podcasts to learn about what you could be doing and how you could be thinking

You recite affirmations in the mirror every morning telling yourself that you are a successful and accomplished woman

You go to a therapist to try and discover something that happened in your childhood and made you are the way you are

But –

None of that stuff has moved the needle and nothing’s really changed…..

this is a new game to think about playing -

what does Hollywood have to do with Confidence?

Working in the brutal environment of the Hollywood film industry isn’t easy –

 the hours are grueling

the egos are challenging

the results are non-negotiable

the working conditions are strenuous

the next job we get is always an unknown

Each new movie or TV show we work on –

has a different script

has a different location

has a different film studio

has a different cast and crew

has a different set of challenges

Success for us means having a mindset that embraces our worth and an attitude that radiates confidence

And that mindset and attitude come from acquiring and developing some extremely powerful tools –

We aren’t trapped in an invisible feedback loop and mindlessly existing on autopilot because each movie we work on is different and flexibility is key to our success

We fully own our accomplishments and don’t guilt trip about acknowledging them because they got us where we are and articulating them is what gets us hired

We’ve trained ourselves to perceive similarities instead of differences in everything because seeing similarities turns the unknown into something familiar to us

We know exactly what we can bring to the table so we don’t fear uncertainty or risk because we’ve learned that we can trust ourselves and the decisions we make

We feel confident and at ease living as our unapologetically authentic selves because we know we’re recognized and valued for our unique brilliance

Needless to say, most people don’t work in a brutal environment like Hollywood

But their workplace is filled with toxic bosses, demanding clients, and competitive colleagues

and here's the thing -

These powerful tools are actually universal but they’re things most people never think about because –

  • It’s easier to exist on autopilot in an invisible feedback loop of what’s known
  • We are taught not to acknowledge our accomplishments or talk about them
  • We don’t question our beliefs that people and things are dissimilar or different
  • We don’t trust ourselves or our decisions, and are fearful of uncertainty and risk
  • We constantly compare ourselves to others and then decide we are inadequate

And the worst part is, most of us go through life without even knowing that all that shit just disappears when we acquire and develop these powerful tools

That’s what I mean when I say that I see you and I know you and it’s the reason I created my Hollywood Confidence programs

if you haven't met me yet, here's my backstory -

I burned out and ran as far away as I could from my high-paying, soul-sucking job in the Hollywood film industry doubting my own worth, myself and my choices

In a 180-degree turn, I embarked on an adventure that took me from LA to Asia, from Asia to India, and on to Eastern and Western Europe before returning to the US nerly ten years later

All around the world, I encountered challenging scenarios showing me that Hollywood was the source of my mindset of embracing my worth and radiating confidence with authenticity as my lodestar

Confidence is my jam and showing people how to awaken to their worth and ignite their confidence by seeing how great it feels to be their unapologetically authentic selves is pretty much my mission in life

My programs are definitely not about ego-coddling therapy sessions, or hand-holding strategy meetings, or the cliche-laden superficial conversations that abound in coaching

They’re inspiring spaces of discovery and expansion that are completely relaxed, filled with humor, and devoid of judgment, while being totally real, highly focused, and very explicit

I created my signature Hollywood Confidence programs in celebration of you – the worthy, confident, uniquely brilliant creator of your life, your success, and your vision for the future

Hollywood Confidence awakens you to your worth so that you can ignite your confidence and take ownership of your power to embody an alignment of your outward success with your inner truth

I created it based on my life in the film industry to help you develop –

an attitude that embraces worthiness

a mindset that radiates confidence

ease at being your authentic self

I lay it all out for you without any –

devaluing drama

trivial platitudes

bullshit jargon

in a way that you don’t have to to figure it all out for yourself

And the fact that you can achieve results in a matter of months is worth celebrating…
